The Public Works Department is committed to providing the highest quality service through a skilled customer oriented and unified workforce.
We will provide safe and efficient movement of vehicular and pedestrian traffic by performing litter, illegal debris and brush removal, drainage and street maintenance activities, traffic and street light control system repairs.
We are committed to providing a continuous supply of safe, high quality drinking water that meets or exceeds all regulations of TCEQ and EPA. Our Wastewater Collection and Wastewater Treatment Plants provide appropriate treatment to return clean water to the environment and provide environmental stewardship to the community.
We will preserve confidence in the City of Baytown by delivering on our promises and by being accountable for our performance. We recognize that our commitment to Public Works services and programs is important to achieving and demonstrating our goals.
